Covered areas of political unrest throughout the Balkans, such as Sarajevo and Yugoslavia, in addition to human rights issues in Bulgaria.
• Received award for outstanding report focusing on the life of Bulgarian minority populations in Greece and Turkey
• Served as a consultant for Bulgarian National Radio regarding the situation in Yugoslavia during the War in Bosnia
